Profile Summary:  Lieutenant Colonel Bidur Adhikari Chhetri (R)  served in Nepal Army for more than 29 years. He held with  various duties relating to  the Recruitment and Selection Branch at the Directorate of Selection and Recruitment in Army Headquarters. Furthermore, He completed important courses like Command and Staff College from Nepal and Psychology Testing Officer (TO) Course from the Defense Institution of Psychological Research, Delhi (DIPR) India in 2008.

During his career, He served in various Commands , Staff duties and instructional appointments at home and abroad. Being an expert of Psychological Testing Officer (TO),He was involved more than 10 years in Officer’s Cadet Selection Board especially on Personality Test of the candidates both infantry and Technical Officers. Besides this, He also actively participated in various ranks recruitment and selection process of Nepali Army and Armed Police Force.

UN Mission: He participated in 4 United Nations Peacekeeping Missions to the different parts of the world for maintaining peace and security.

Academic Background: He completed Master’s Degree in History (M. A.) from Tribhuvan University (T U), Nepal.
